Generally, the electroplating plant will release nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and other gases. The acid pickling tower is used for treatment. However, we must pay attention to several matters, that is, the gas composition and concentration are an important reason for whether the emission can meet the standard. In addition, the matching fan shall be selected according to the length of the pipeline, and the fan resistant to acid and alkali corrosion shall be selected. The common electroplating waste gas is mostly nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, complex acid, chlorine and cyanide waste gas. In the relevant medical manuals, inhalation of acid-base gas with different concentrations will cause eye and upper respiratory tract mucosal diseases, tears or cough. In serious cases, the toxic gas will be introduced into the lower respiratory tract, resulting in pulmonary edema. Cyanide toxicity is more severe. Chronic poisoning can cause nausea, salivation and loss of consciousness. 0.2g can kill people. Attention and vigilance must be paid to it.
Different waste gas treatment processes are selected for different gas sources. Alkaline scrubber SCR is selected for acid gas (sex) and acidic scrubber SCR is selected for alkaline gas (AEX); Workshop hot exhaust ventilation (Gex) is introduced into SCR, and activated carbon adsorption device can also be added.
