The waste gas purification tower operates in gas-liquid countercurrent. The extracted waste gas enters the tower body from the bottom inlet, passes through the packing layer from bottom to top, and finally is discharged from the tower top pipe outlet through the anti-corrosion fan. The neutralizer liquid is evenly sprayed into the packing layer through the liquid distributor at the top of the tower, flows down along the surface of the packing layer to the bottom of the tower, is discharged out of the tower through the pipeline, and is circulated by the anti-corrosion circulating pump. Due to the continuous contact between the rising waste gas and the falling absorbent in the packing layer, the solute concentration in the rising gas flow becomes lower and lower, and is discharged out of the tower after reaching the absorption requirements at the top of the tower. On the contrary, the medium concentration in the descending liquid becomes higher and higher. When it reaches the bottom of the tower, it meets the requirements of process conditions and is discharged outside the tower for further treatment.
1. Tower body
The tower body is made of anti-corrosion PP, with aging resistance and good appearance.
2. Spray system
The spray system is composed of pipeline (Road) spray rack and nozzle. The pipeline (Road) and spray rack are welded with formed PP pipe, and the nozzle adopts multi-layer spiral non blocking nozzle, which is made of PVC or PP. The nozzle has the characteristics of large flow, uniform spraying, large spraying area and no blockage.
3. Packing
The packing in the tower can provide enough surface area to promote full gas phase contact:
Have a large specific surface area; Higher mass transfer rate; Good warm and moist performance and conducive to uniform gas-liquid distribution; Good void fraction, small gas-liquid passing capacity and gas flow resistance; High mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, easy to clean and not easy to break.
4. Addition of medicament
Use the automatic reagent adding device to add targeted reagents to each waste gas treatment tower to effectively treat or neutralize all kinds of waste gas.
