Introduction to ultrafiltration technology:
Ultrafiltration is one of the most widely used membrane technologies, and it is also the membrane with the highest pretreatment filtration accuracy. Its filtration accuracy is very high, and the filtration aperture is 0.01-0.2 μ m. Ultrafiltration membrane is made into micropores with small pore size by means of technology on a polymer material. Because the filter aperture is very precise, the ultrafiltration equipment can not only effectively remove microorganisms, colloids and suspended particles, but also effectively remove bacteria, viruses and heat sources. At present, ultrafiltration is mostly used for purification of surface water and groundwater, reuse of industrial wastewater, as pretreatment device of RO system, etc. At the same time, ultrafiltration is also used in some occasions to remove organic matter, colloid and heat source, but microporous filter ≤ 50um must be used as its pretreatment equipment before ultrafiltration, so as to prevent mechanical particulate fouling of ultrafiltration device.
Composition of ultrafiltration system:
Ultrafiltration system is usually composed of water supply system, pretreatment system (disc filter and security filter), backwashing system, dosing system, membrane cleaning system and control system.

It has high filtration precision, good and stable effluent quality, is not affected by the fluctuation of inlet water quality of the system, and the effluent suspended solids and turbidity are close to zero.
