Maintenance methods and routine maintenance of electroplating equipment
1. Tank body
The main difference between the horizontal electroplating line and the vertical lifting electroplating line lies in the different transportation methods of products, so the maintenance and maintenance methods of the tank are basically similar. Generally, each water washing tank shall be cleaned once in about 7 days, and the acid tank shall be cleaned once and the tank liquid shall be replaced; If there is a sprinkler installed in the tank, check whether there is blockage. If there is blockage, dredge it in time; Clean the conductive seat and anode contact position on the plating bath once, and polish it with rag and sandpaper; Check the titanium basket of the plating bath and replace the damaged titanium basket bag in time. The electrode plate protection bag shall be cleaned once in about 90 days, and the tank solution shall be filtered and cleaned with activated carbon once in about 120 days to filter the impurities in the tank solution.
When the tank body is newly replaced with tank liquid, trial production shall be carried out in current mode, and production shall be carried out after the performance is stable.
2. Maintenance of horizontal electroplating line conveyor
The conveying device used in the horizontal electroplating line is parallel conveying, and the products are transported to each tank by parallel conveying mode. Generally, the conveying rod of the horizontal electroplating line shall be cleaned once in about 7 days to clean the foreign matters adhered to it, so as to ensure that the conductive rod is in good condition during conveying; Check the linkage for looseness. Check the traveling wheel s every 180 days to see if it is worn. If it is worn, replace it in time to ensure that there is no jam during transportation; Check the transmission shaft and the whole transmission system device once, and adjust and repair in time if any problem is found.
3. Maintenance of vibration mechanism of vertical lifting electroplating line
The conveying device used in the vertical lifting electroplating line is lifting vibrating conveying, which uses the lifting conveying method to transport the products to each tank. In order to ensure the uniformity and effect of electroplating on the vertical lifting electroplating line, a vibration swing device will be designed, and there will be a vibration swing mechanism on the tank. Check whether the reducer operates normally and its tightness is good in about 30 days. Check the tightness of the bolts for installing the vibration motor and the wear of the vibration rubber. If the wear is serious, replace it in time. Check the contact condition of the power line in the junction box within 180 days. Replace the power line whose insulation layer is melted or aged in time to ensure the insulation between the power lines; All bearings on the vibration mechanism shall be inspected and greased once, and the severely worn bearings shall be replaced in time. Clean the operating crane and hanger once a week (without disassembly). During cleaning, wipe with a rag and polish with sandpaper. Check the hanger once in about 30 days to check the damage of the hanger; Check and maintain all motors of the crane once to ensure normal operation. Conduct an in-depth cleaning and maintenance of the crane and hanger once every 180 days, and remove the hanger from the crane for cleaning.
4. Maintenance of circulating filter
Check the filter cartridge of the circulating filter device once in about 7 days to see if there is leakage in the filter cartridge. Clean or replace the filter cotton core every 15 days or so. The filter carbon core needs to be replaced in about 30 days to ensure the filtration quality and the flow of the filter; Clean the filter pump once, and clean the filter hood and filter screen of the air pump. Check the contact condition of the power line connector of the pump motor in about 30 days. If it is loose or the line is aging, deal with it in time to ensure good contact and safe insulation and protect the motor.
5. Maintenance of peripheral equipment of electroplating production line
Check the output power of all power supplies within 7 days; Check the heat dissipation popularity and radiator of power supply and electrical control, remove dust and clean them to protect their heat dissipation effect. Check all electrical devices in about 30 days, and replace them in time in case of damage and corrosion; Check all connectors, repair them in time in case of poor contact, false connection and false welding, and replace them in time in case of corrosion and damage; Check all contactors and relays. In case of poor contact or contact adhesion, replace them in time; Check the main parameters of capacitors, reactors, resistors and other components. If there are abnormalities, replace them as soon as possible. Check and calibrate the automatic feeding system once every 7 days. Clean the scale and dirt on the electric heater in about 7 days to prevent the internal temperature of the electric heater from being too high.
6. Pipeline maintenance
Check each water and gas pipeline system once in about 7 days to see if there is running, air and liquid leakage. The pipeline with running, air and liquid leakage shall be repaired and replaced in time.
7. Maintenance before long-term shutdown
In case of planned long-term shutdown of electroplating equipment, the equipment shall be maintained once, so that the equipment will not be eroded and aged during long-term shutdown. Clean the ground, keep the ground dry, and keep the machine, groove, traveling crane and hanger clean and dry; All motors shall be wrapped with fresh-keeping paper for protection; All bearings are injected with lubricating grease and treated with rust prevention; The liquid medicine in all pipelines shall be cleaned; Clean the liquid medicine in the filter barrel of the filter; Take out the filter element and clean it; All heaters in the tank shall be cleaned to remove dirt and keep dry.
For the electroplating equipment production line, due to different processes of products and different frequency of use by manufacturers, there will be certain differences in equipment, so there will be different differences in maintenance and repair. However, the equipment must be maintained timely and correctly. The maintenance and repair of equipment must not be ignored due to catching up with production progress and output. Only correct and timely maintenance can be achieved, In order to ensure the normal operation and stable performance of the equipment, ensure the production output and quality, and prolong the service life of the equipment.
